The weather is the best in Thailand and sun all year round. Temperatures 25-32 degrees centigrade. Water temperature in the Gulf of Siam - at your beach is about the same, the rain is wonderfully warm. Palm trees, bananas, bougainville and orchids will surround you.
You will own a house 25 steps from a wonderful pool and a four minute walk from a perfect long white soft beach at the Gulf of Siam, at a two hours drive distance from the Bangkok International Airport about 200 kilometers. If you want to play golf you have a number of courses about an hour’s drive from your home. You live 30 minutes from the city of Rayong and thirty minutes from the Samet island The house is a 78 square meters including living room with a kitchen part and two bedrooms, shower with hot water, a store room that also has the washing machine for your clothes. Your car will stand under roof which is something you will appreciate. A large patio under roof and with a lot of lamps makes it your perfect extra living room even in the dark warm Thai night. You have air condition in all three rooms, and your house will have the temperature you prefer in a few minutes. You have cable to the internet installed. In the bedroom by the patio is a big two person bed and the other bedroom has two big beds, and you will have an extra bed which is kept in the store room. There are cupboards with big mirrors in both bed rooms. The furniture in the living room is Thai style made out of hard heavy wood as well as the table and chairs around it in your dining area. The yard that belongs to the house is small and reaches just a few yards away from the house, but a large nice lawn belonging to all the residents is right in between your house and the pool area. The pool area is professionally and beautifully designed, the pool being an oval and around 20 yards long and attached to it a small pool for small children.
The residence is a gated community and most of us who have our year round summer home here are Scandinavians. The Blue Mango Residence area has in a few years from 2007 become a well established and beautiful neighbourhood which is owned by a company that has been created at our initiative. Around 100 pounds per month covers electricity, water, garden care year round, stay-away-service, insurance and fee for developing and caring for the area.
